Charlie: I ran for thirty minutes on the treadmill yesterday.
Me: That is great.
Charlie: I am sore now. I ran for twenty eight minutes at 6mph, then moved it to 8mph, then 10mph.
Me: (burst out laughing) Sorry, I am just imagining what you looked like running that fast on the treadmill.
